From The Owner
Cutting hair started as something small. I didn’t know where it would take me, I just enjoyed it and wanted to get better at it. Over time, that interest grew into something more, and I found myself leaning into the craft in a way that felt right.
I began working in barbershops early on, learning quickly and taking in as much as I could from the stylists around me. I didn’t have everything figured out straight away, but I kept showing up, stayed open, and focused on doing good work. That mindset shaped my journey and eventually led to the creation of Kalon Amara Barbershop.
Kalon Amara is the result of everything I’ve learned so far. It’s built around the kind of experience I value: calm, intentional, and honest. It’s about creating a space where people can feel good in their own skin and walk away with more than just a haircut.
